Canadian athlete with proven training methods.

Iron-Tony is 46 and, at this age, is an active Canadian martial arts athlete (Pan-American Kung Fu champion in 2023). He has over 25 years of experience as a martial arts teacher/coach and has been serving Toronto as a certified fitness trainer since 2011. Besides his experience in fitness and martial arts, he also has a degree in physical education, a diploma in physical rehabilitation and an array of specializations, including functional training, mobility, active aging training, stress management resilience and nutrition.

My goal with this newsletter

When I turned 40, after almost 20 years retired from competitions and high-performance training, I became an athlete again. Since then, I have used all my experience and knowledge to design a plan that would make me capable of performing at my best during my competitions. It turned out that this plan has not only guaranteed me to step on the podium in every single tournament I have participated in since then, but it has also made me reach the best shape of my life after my 40s.

I am creating this newsletter to motivate and help other guys and girls who are starting or continuing their fitness journey after 40 by sharing some of the insights, exercises and techniques I use on myself and with my clients/students to help us perform at our best at this phase of our lives.
